Senegal Legends vs Africa Legends ft Eto'o, Drogba, Fadiga,

Thousands of Senegalese gathered on Tuesday for the inauguration of a 50,000-seater stadium aimed at making the country Africa's go-to venue for international events. The stadium is in Diamniadio, a town being built about 30 kilometers (20 miles) from the capital Dakar, for which an express train link opened in December. The venue, for now, called the Stade de Senegal, will be the only one in Senegal that will be certified for international football. The Legends match ended in a one-goal draw with a spectacular goal from Khalilou Fadiga for the Senegal select side. There couldn't be a better score for this legendary match. The meeting between Legends of Senegal and African Legends on the occasion of the inauguration of the new stadium called Abdoulaye Wade Stadium indeed ended with a score of 1-1. The show only lasted 30 minutes, but 30 minutes of madness as evidenced by Khalilou Fadiga's fine goal which made the entire Diamniadio stadium vibrate. The former number 10 of the Lions has indeed opened the scoring with a powerful shot with his magic left foot, and thus becomes the very first scorer of the new jewel of 50,000 places. For the equalization of the African Legends, it is Jay Jay Okocha who stands out on a magnificent pass from the Togolese Emmanuel Adebayor. Legends who took part in the game includes Jay Jay Okocha, Samuel Eto'o, Aristide Bance, Asamoah Gyan, Didier Drogba, Emmanuel Adebayor, Emmanuel Eboue, Samuel Kuffor, Wael Gomaa, Kalidou Fadiga, Elhadji Diouf, Kalusha Bwalya amongst a host of African legends in the football game
